WHAT THE COMMUNITY SAYS ABOUT DANNY FULMER
ABOUT
When Trey Gowdy offered to hire me as an Assistant Solicitor, I had no idea that criminal prosecution would become a passion for me. Having been a victim of violent crime myself, I can relate to what crime victims are facing and this drives me to seek justice on their behalf.
I have been an attorney for the past 25 years and a prosecutor for the past 15 years. I have had the opportunity to prosecute a wide variety of cases, from DUIs and property crimes to drug trafficking, violent crimes, and murders. Community is the cornerstone of our lives, and it is our shared responsibility to ensure its safety and prosperity. Anderson and Oconee Counties are great places to live, work and raise a family. I have always loved this area, going back to my years at Clemson University. As Solicitor, my focus will be on vigorously prosecuting violent criminals, seeking long prison sentences in order to keep these predators behind bars. Additionally, I'll continue to work hard to address the illegal drug scourge by targeting drug dealers with aggressive prosecution. Law enforcement works daily to keep our community safe and allow us to go about our lives in peace and without fear. I have spent my career working side by side with law enforcement helping to put criminals behind bars, where they belong. I will continue that work as your elected Solicitor. As a seasoned lawyer with a proven track record of upholding justice and advocating for the rights of victims, I am committed to ensuring a safer and more secure community. With a deep understanding of the law and a steadfast commitment to integrity, I am ready to bring about positive change and address the pressing issues facing Anderson and Oconee. |
